Iyengar yoga
 Out of all the diversity of the yoga world, we chose Iyengar yoga for our studio. The practice according to the method of our teacher Iyengar B.K.S. is characterized by systematization and a gradual development from simple to hard, which allows to master the technique of doing asanas with the help of auxiliary materials and detailed instructions. Special attention is paid to safety, accuracy and alignment of the body in each pose, and calm of the mind. At the same time, students achieve greater flexibility, strength of body and spirit.
